With the computer I assembled using these components, especially in games, my monitor (VA panel, 165Hz, 1920x1080) outputs visuals, but the FPS stays stuck in the 150–200 FPS range and doesn’t go higher. I suspect there is a bottleneck between my processor and graphics card. I believe my graphics card should be suitable for playing AAA games as well as titles like CS2, Valorant, and GTA V.

Therefore, without changing the motherboard or RAM, I would like to ask whether I can increase my FPS simply by upgrading the CPU, and if so, which processors you would recommend. Thank you.

More FPS? What is your cpu usage during your FPS test? If you have CPU to spare, a faster processor may not help.
