      <title>Unable to submit support request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to submit a support request via&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://supporttickets.intel.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;https://supporttickets.intel.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for my i9 13900K CPU which is showing severe instability, and I would like to initiate support under warranty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I click submit, the loading spinner stays indefinitely, and the support request is not saved / submitted. I have retried across multiple browers, operating systems, and devices.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the browser console, the errors often follow the form "內部伺服器發生錯誤\n錯誤識別碼： 1643727023-52901 (644527025)"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried&amp;nbsp;to clear the cache of the browser&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried&amp;nbsp;to use&amp;nbsp;different computers&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried&amp;nbsp;to use&amp;nbsp;different&amp;nbsp;browser&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried&amp;nbsp;to use&amp;nbsp;different network&lt;BR /&gt;I already tried&amp;nbsp;to use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-us.html#support-intel-products_873:873" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-us.html#support-intel-products_873:873&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried every possible method.&lt;BR /&gt;But still unable to create ticket.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Please help to create the RMA ticket ASAP, thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
