ESIF IPF time error

I've been getting this error around every 18 hours since I freshly installed windows, and drivers on my laptop, how can I go about fixing this?

ESIF(1.0.11904.2707) TYPE: ERROR MODULE: IPF TIME 65259234 ms [<IPFSRV>AuthMgr_EsifSetConfig@ipfsrv_authmgr.c#1866]<65259234 ms>: Unauthorized EsifSetConfig: override:/nopersist/IETM.D0/_art

I am unsure of what exactly is causing this error.

ASUS Laptop: Intel Ultra 9 285h (32GB ram).
