I’ve seen this happen before. Try reinstalling Intel Driver & Support Assistant and make sure its service is running. If it still won't scan, check Lenovo's support page for updates—it could also be a temporary Intel server issue.

A couple of days ago I got a notification about an updated Intel driver available for my laptop, but I keep getting "Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan". Using the latest/reinstalled Intel Driver and Support Assistant under latest Win11 on a Lenovo Slim i7 laptop. Can't tell which particular driver this is about. I've successfully updated the graphics and Wifi/Bluetooth drivers many times through this app before. Anyone else having problems? Got a solution? Thanks.

Figured it out -- I have uBlock Origin installed, and needed to turn it off for that page.
