Intel Core2Duo E8400 (Temperaturfrage)

Hallo,

ich besitze einen Intel Core2Duo E8400 Prozessor.

Gerade jetzt im Sommer gibt es das Problem mit den hohen Temperaturen.

Ich besitze die Tray variante mit einem Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

Zusätzlich besitze ich eine Ati 4870x2 Rampage 700gs.

Diese befördert die Hitze leider direkt in mein kleines gehäuse, sodass es trotz vieler guter lüfter sehr warm wird.

Meine cpu Temperatur liegt im idle modus bei ca. 43-45 Grad.

Mein Mainboard (ASUS P5Q) bei ca. 40 Grad

Sobald ich anfange zu spielen steigt die Cpu Temperatur gerne mal auf 50 Grad.

Nun wollte ich fragen ob das okay ist.

Denn ich habe gehört, das es schlecht ist, wenn die cpu's so warm sind.

Angeblich verlieren sie an Leistung und können irgendwann kaputt gehen.

Müsste ich mir gedanken über einen neuen Kühler machen?

Falls ja würde ich einen Zalman nehmen, allerdings wurde mir gesagt, das ich das ganze Mainboard ausbauen müsse.

Stimmt das, oder kan ich die vorhandene Halterung nehmen?

In the summer there is the problem with the temperatures.

In the idle mode the cpu is 43-45 and the mainboard 40.

Is this temperature to hot?

I heard hot temperaures are bad for cpu's.

I got an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

And if i should use a new cooler, do i have to take out the mainboard? o.ôI already have a tray E8400.

Hi there,

According to the website ARK, the cpu is working under nornal condition.

I dont think that you need to worry about that.

Actually if your system is reporting high temperature (which is not your case), you will need to check these first

It can be due to any of these:

a) bad integration

b) PSU not ATXv2.2

c) Chassis is not TAC (Thermally Advantage Chassis)

d) BIOS Issues. (update the bios)
