Which CPU are 100% compatible with my laptop, socket, mainboard?

No, you cannot upgrade in this manner.

You must contact Dell and ask which processors are compatible with their bios. The processor must be socket and BIOS compatible.

NO, they are not compatible.

"Dell released the 6x30 series for Ivy Bridge support - different mainboard. You can use only Sandy Bridge CPUs."
