So I have an ASUS ROG Zephyrus m16 w/ i9 13900h cpu and was wondering if the CPU voltage problems spread to this variant of Intel CPU’s? And if so, how can I go and check in under volt my CPU for a not to cause damage? And how can I tell if there’s damage already done? I have game crashes that happen all the timeand my CPU seems to be throttling at 90°C at times and I have an issue where the monitor and keyboard flick off randomly at random. and my CPU seems to be throttling at 90°C at times and I have a issue where the monitor and keyboard flick off randomly at random moments while I’m using the device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a little snippet of something I was just able to capture but at the beginning of the video you’re seeing the middle of the issue happening I’ll be gaming and all of a sudden the keyboard monitor will shut off randomly and click back on but sometime it’ll shut off and not click back on and I’ll be forced to hard reset the System. I’ve also been experiencing a lot of of game crashes so any information on this issue would be awesome!

e: also on a side note, I’m now experiencing micro stutter when gaming.

Hello, the game that crashes is Diablo Immortal and the software that I use to monitor my temps is gHelper. Applications that are running are gHelper, Diablo Immortal, Microsoft Edge (sometimes), Reddit, Discord, NVIDIA Control Panel, Battle.net, Windows Defender, nothing crazy intensive or outside the power limits.. Diablo Immortal is NOT a graphic intensive game either.. I'm also getting huge micro stuttering in Diablo Immortal as well as Diablo 4.

Ok, I ran the stress test and it looks like it passed.. the CPU was up to 95C under load but it looks like that is normal. it didn't go beyond that, it stayed 95C pretty consistently.

The SSU logs show that the BIOS version is version 312, but on your system manufacturer's download page, the latest BIOS firmware available is version 310. So I highly recommend reaching out to your system manufacturer's support team, to check if the latest version of firmware is the one currently installed, if they have a new BIOS that you can upgrade to, and if the Intel Default setting is available, that you can select. If none, you may have to ask their support team to diagnose your system properly, to check if there's any hardware failing that causes the game crashes and high temps.

Let us know if you still have any other concerns that I can be of help.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

Intel® Customer Support Technician

As everyone know that 13 and 14th generations are broken. I got suggestion from Intel support team to update my mainboard BIOS, it is much worse right now. DONT DO IT. Intel have to release new clear CPUs and replace all **bleep**.
