I am attaching the report you requested, and I would like to clarify that most of the error codes are related to memory. Currently, I have the XMP profile enabled in the BIOS in order to run the RAM at 3200 MHz (this could potentially be the issue). I will answer your questions below:

1: Yes, approximately 2 weeks ago.
2: An NVIDIA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB (I performed a clean removal of the previous NVIDIA drivers after installing the new B580 graphics card).
3: I tried adjusting the graphics settings of the previously mentioned titles to better align with Intel technologies, performed a clean removal of the previous drivers, and updated the B580 drivers to the latest version.
4: Steam.

I am also attaching a new error from RE9 along with the requested analysis.
I used an automatic translator, so I apologize if what I write isn't clear. I want to clarify that I also experience random crashes in titles like Deadlock (DirectX 11 or Vulkan), the same happens with Wuthering Waves (Unreal Engine 4 crash) or CS2. Thank you for support.

Hello Headlock,

Thank you for very detailed update.

To be honest, this game was reported to us before with frame rate issue. And we did a lot of simulation in our lab using Arc B580 and we did not experience crashing issue with it.

If you suspect that the possible cause of issue is the RAM, you may try the following.

Load the default settings of the RAM and try it.

Try to re-seat the RAM sticks

You may also try 1 stick at a time to check if one of the RAM sticks are faulty.

If you can barrow a different but known working RAM, you may also try it to isolate the issue.

You may also call the manufacturer of the RAM for further diagnostics of the issue.

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

Michael L.

Intel Customer Support Technician

I was able to solve it! The problem was my RAM, which wasn't high enough to handle games on ultra graphics settings in some titles. But I was able to fix it, thank you so much!
