      <title>Event viewer Intel(R) Platform License Manager Service error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A timeout (45000 ms) has occurred while waiting for the Intel(R) Platform License Manager Service to connect. Service Control Manager 7009.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem in one of the games in rocket league. Heavycarbug, that is, the input latency changes back and forth. I don't think that's what it is, but I want to rule it out.&lt;BR /&gt;What could this error be, how can I fix it? What is it related to? Because I don't usually download the Intel DTT driver, because it's turned off by default in the BIOS and I don't usually download it, only the Intel MEI, chipset, Serial IO Software. Everything is the latest BIOS and my drivers too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When did you first notice this Platform License Manager Service error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Have you made any recent system changes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Did the Rocket League input latency issues start around the same time as this error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Have you noticed similar issues in other games besides Rocket League?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Have you tried running Rocket League with the Intel service disabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better&amp;nbsp;understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. This error occurs everytime I login to windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.Yes, but I have issues with nvidia control panel as well.
