RAID disk usage (Active Time) always at 100%, slowing win 10 heavily

I have a Rais 1 working fine since many years, all of a sudden since a couple of days, my machine started to be very slow, checking task manager, I discovered that the Raid disk active time is always 100%. I rebooted the machine, again checked task manager it was not 100%, graph was getting up and down and machine response was fairly good. Again after a while, it started to eb at 100% and machine slowed response, really slow, not able to work correctly, to open " Intel® Rapid Storage Technology" I waited for 5 minutes , here is a snapshot of the Raid activity

Also, please find enclosed the system report from Programs > Intel > Intel® Rapid Storage Technology.

It is true that there was an update 3 days ago by MS for Win10

I forgot to mention that "Average response time vary between 20ms to 5000 ms
