Is it possible to ask or verify regarding my ram module and my ssd module?

I ask if it's compatible with my NUC 8.

I have this issue with my nuc.

https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-NUCs/NUC-8-will-rendomly-not-wake-up-from-sleep/m-p/1404631/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufEw2NlBHMDc2M1JQVFkxfDE0MDQ2MzF8U1VCU0NSSVBUSU9OU3xoSw

I run windows memory diagnostics which has found no issues.

but when i run my computer with this module alone, The issue occurs as well as when i run my pc with both modules.

So I really don't know what to do.

https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-NUCs/NUC-8-will-rendomly-not-wake-up-from-sleep/m-p/1404631/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8dG9waWNfc3Vic2NyaXB0aW9ufEw2NlBHMDc2M1JQVFkxfDE0MDQ2MzF8U1VCU0NSSVBUSU9OU3xoSw

in my experience, your memory modules should have nothing to do with any sleep issues. Sleep issues are typically the result of BIOS or driver bugs. If you are making it into the Suspend state (i.e., it powers down) and it will not awaken properly, then we are more-likely talking about driver wakeup bugs.

If you want to discuss memory module compatibility, please provide us with the full part numbers for your SODIMMs.

Thank you.

I agree with you, since most of the times everything works smoothly with no issues what so ever.

If I haven't mentioned it, I have one ram module which is " intel verified " and my pc is stuck in sleep with this one also when the latter runs alone.

the same occurs in hibernation ( which has nothing to do with ram ).

thanx
