Where are RST drivers for 7th gen cpus for windows 8.1?

Hello, I am planning to build a gaming pc that can run windows 8.1. However, I need rst drivers for a 7th gen cpu that I want to use with windows 8.1 which I cannot find. I would appreciate help to find the correct drivers for my system.

Specs:
CPU: intel i7-7800X
Motherboard: ASUS prime x299-A
RAM: Corsair CMK32GX4M4B3200C16 Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16 Memory Kit Black

Storage: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB M.2 SATA Internal SSD (MZ-N6E1T0BW)

What is the RAID volume that you want to create?

Hi Mike,

I have a similar problem with a laptop that I want to reinstall the operating system to (Linux and Windows) its the same problem. I am unable to find the RST driver for a core i7 7th Generation. The laptop is a Dell Precision 3520, manufactured in 2018 so quite a lot of life left in the laptop. I would be happy if you can steer me to a place where I can download the driver. Those on the dell website are not functional.
