      <description>Hey Juan68,&lt;BR /&gt;I think you should post this under RST thread.&lt;BR /&gt;The issue usually lies in the mismatch between the new drive and system controller in the BIOS&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't need to use the Optane&lt;BR /&gt;- Try to access the BIOS/UEFI and locate the storage settings.&lt;BR /&gt;- Change the mode to AHCI&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you need to use Optane,&lt;BR /&gt;- Change the mode to RAID/RST&lt;BR /&gt;- Update or repair the Intel RST drivers&lt;BR /&gt;- You can download the drivers from your manufacturer or use the Intel one&lt;BR /&gt;- After rebooting, check if the Intel RST services now running&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
