Intel RST not working

So I noticed earlier that my RST was turned off and when I checked online, also here, how to solve it, it spoke of uninstall in programs and reinstall. I am trying to do that but now I can't install cause the Chipset is not supported. That chipset has not been changed, why is it suddenly not working and how do I get this now back on my PC. And since I saw you told them to include system info, I attached it as well as a screenshot of the error. I updated all drivers like a minute or five ago, so it is not outdated drivers.

Based on the information you gave us, the processor that you are using is the Intel® i5-4440, that is a 4th generation processor and it does not support Intel® Optane™ Memory, only the 7th generation processors support that feature.

Based on the chipset and operating system that you are using, the proper version of Intel® RST for your system is 14.8:
