Intel RSTe application doesn't display

When I run the IRSTe application on windows 7 x64 this is what it looks like, nothing but background. Any ideas?

What is the chipset and system/motherboard model?

It's the Supermicro X10SLL-F . I think its a c220+ chipset.

The raid service seems to work fine. Just the application doesn't display.

Are you using the version provided by Supermicro?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling the application or repairing the Microsoft* .NET framework installation from Programs and Features.

happend after a clean install with actual intel-drivers. The SuperMicro one was outdated at this time... :/
