I want to Know how to issue identify to Raid 0 device.

Raid o port 0 & Raid 0 port 1.

What is the version of Intel® RST that you have installed?

OS : Windows 10

MB : GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS GAMINIG 5

CPU : Intel i3-8100

PCIe adapter : No use, use two M.2

Intel® RST : 16.0.2.1086

Thank you for your response.

Looking into your case if you have a RAID 0 build in your system the operating system will recognize the 2 M.2 as one drive therefore the command line interface will recognize them as one drive, my recommendation will be to go to the Intel® RST software and click on the hard drive display on the right side of the screen, there you should be able to see what port are the M.2 connected.

Can i use deviceiocontrol to get identify.

Or only can use intel RST software to get.

I recommend using the Intel® RST software to search for the port information of your m.2

Allow me to share with you that Intel® RST does not support command line interface.
