14.8.16.1063 is latest I can figure, but says Windows 10 is not supported in the README.txt file.

EVGA X99 FTW E997 latest driver posted on the website is 14.5.0.1081 and has not been updated since 8/3/2015

Windows 10 has released several versions since. but the 14.8.16.1063 has been working, no data corruption or loss since installed several days ago.
