Windows 10 - obsolete Intel drivers

My SSD does not work correctly in Windows 10, I believe, by the lack of SATA drivers.

SSD crashes Windows 10 (sometimes) at startup. (And functions, such as Hibernate, does not work.)

When released the SATA updates (mainly) like Windows 8.1 to Windows 10?

f6flpy-x64.zip (in this download, there just files, without setup to install)

SetupRST.zip

What I have to install, and the "f6flpy-x64.zip", how to use it?

You need the SetupRST.zip. Unzip the file and install .exe driver. Do not use f6flpy driver because this is already included on the operating system as part of the Windows installation package.
