"Claimed for RAID" - Won't boot

I took a RAID1 from one system and put it into another identical system. On boot, and in the RST BIOS, the drives are showing up as Claimed for RAID. Any ideas?

· Please provide the model of your system.

· Please press “Ctrl + I” and provide a picture of the screen.

· By any chance was the operating system installed in one of the drives?

System is a Sophos SG450r2 firewall

An OS was installed across both SSDs in the system. A freshly installed RAID1 was previously configured on a RAID1 on one system and then we moved both drives to a new system. The new system does not like the RAID even though it was showing 100% and Bootable on the other system.

We are running it in the lab and doing fresh installs and builds of the RAID first. We are testing the concept of moving from one working system to a different new system when swapping out bad units.

I left the office so no other photos. In the CTRL-I menu I can only :

1. Greyed out

2. Greyed out

3. Change the Disks to NON-RAID

4. Greyed out

5. Greyed out

6. EXIT

Thank you for your response.

In order to get complete information about your system, If possible please run the following tool and share the results with me:

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link
Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.
By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

We would appreciate if you could provide a picture of the Ctrl + I once you have the device with you.

Then we can further investigate this for you.
