my rapid storage technology suddenly stopped working and the driver is also not showing in action center. I am also not able to install any of the intel drivers it is saying that platform is not supported but mine OS is windows 10. I am not also able to attach the log files

You cannot install the package if you do not have the SATA Mode parameter in the BIOS set to RAID or Optane. Likely what has happened is that your BIOS configuration has been reset somehow.
