What kind of DVD/CD-ROM drive are you using? How is it connected to the server board?

Maybe the easiest way is to create a USB installation disk: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.Help_Win7_usbdvd_dwnTool. This tool works with Windows Server 2008 R2 as well.

we are using The CD-ROM that is built in the server , i try to use external harddrive but it didnot work.Can it be a issue of RAID drivers

OK if you have configured onboard RAID you'll need to load driver during OS installation. Which onboard RAID are you using, ESRT2 or RSTe?

We have two different onboard RAID, RSTe and ESRT2, which you can select in BIOS. They use different drivers.
