Intel Server SR1530SH using ERST2 configuration missing - Help

I had a fully function RAID1 confiuration with 2 240GB drives in one VD . After the failure of 1 disk and a system reboot I am missing ALL configuration inforamtion when enter the BIOS RAID Confi Tool no VDs are found the PDs show but noting else. Is there a way to reconstruct this from the non failed disk with destroying or reinitializing the VDs the other PD is not showing it as a member disk either. Any help or who to call as the troubleshooting guide suggest would be great.

I am going to try and find as much information to help you with your question.

I also invite you to move the thread to the Discontinued section of the Community for the current interaction or future ones.

If the information still saved on the drive that is not damaged and original of the RAID 1, you should be able to allow the RAID controller to scan for the previous version or you can recreate the RAID, but without initializing the drives.

As a side note, any process done to the HDD could cause possible loss of data.
