Good day! I need help to activate Storage Management Pack (MFSLUNCOPY) and Advanced Management Pack (MFSADVMGMT)

I have the license for Advanced Management Pack which has 26 digits which it needs to be activated. If you want I can email it to you, I can't publish here>

The serial number of the Server is attached: BZCZ92300022

Are you getting a specific error message when activating the features on your server?

I do see that you have the Activation Key for chassis BZCZ92300022. Were you able to activate it?

How about chassis BZMD92100155?

LUN (activated)

but

Advanced Management Pack is (inactive) as in the attachment.

Hi MFsys25,

Let me see what I can do to generate a new set of keys for you to activate the feature.

I will contact you directly (e-mail).

For this, I would need the Serial Number of the midplane instead of the chassis.

You can log in to the Modular Server Control > go to Chassis Back > click on CMM > go to Midplane tab and provide us with the Midplane serial number.
