I had the same error in the Windows system logs on a new install with a different RAID controller (AXXROMBSASMR). The event went away after downgrading the driver to 5.1.112 from 5.2.103.

I have a new two Intel Server ( SC5600BRP, S5520HCT, E5645, 4xSAS RS2BL040 RAID 10, 2008 R2 x64 SP1). If install the RAID Web Console 2 I get an error in Windows system log on reboots - megasas2 event ID 11 and error \Device\RaidPort0. Everything seems to be working fine and the there are no errors in the RAID Web Console 2, error only in the Windows Event logs. I have the latest firmware, drivers and updates.

Does it point to any particular block number? What kind of hard drives are you using on the RAID card?
