Good again, once again I request your help, I have two nucs with w7 that I can not access with mesh commander ...

In one of them when clicking with the mouse, the intelamt line does not appear(in mesh commander) as it appears in all the other 40 machines that I am monitoring with meshcommander, and I have with ctrl + p intel mebx, but it gives me timeout when accessing it, without with ultravnc, if it arrived correctly ...

The second case is a machine that asks me to put an acceptance code that shows on the screen of the machine with w7 when accessing with mess commander, the problem is that in intel mebx the userconsent line does not appear, and I do not know how to enable it to disable the opt-in policy ...

A thousand thanks for your time again, greetings ...

Hello jose enrique olmo Castillo,

Thanks for joining the community.

I regret to tell you that Mesh Commander is a 3rd party software and for such reason we are not able to support it. The Intel equivalent software is Intel Manageability Commander that you can download from the following URL: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27807/Intel-Manageability-Commander?product=97425 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27807/Intel-Manageability-Commander?product=97425

Been said that you could request support for http://www.meshcommander.com/ Mesh Commander on their official website where there is an email address for comments and feedback.

Hope this helps

Jose A.

Hi, thanks for the reply, ok to support mesh commander ...

But I also ask for the line in intel mebx (user consent), which does not appear when pressing ctrl + p, is there a way to enable it or activate it in bios of the nuc or in the operating system w7 ???

In the rest of the machines, if when pressing ctrl + p at the start of the computer the userconsent line appears and I can configure it in none ...

And you could check the status of intel amt on the machine where I can not access via amt ??, any tool?

Thank you very much for the help

Hello jose enrique olmo Castillo,

User consent is available in Intel AMT 6.0 and higher.

In AMT 6.x user consent feature is available only for KVM redirection.

In AMT 7.x and higher for devices in Admin Control mode you can define which operations

require user consent. For devices in Client Control mode, user consent is mandatory for these

operations:

• Serial Over LAN to redirect BIOS screens and OS Boot text screens

• KVM Redirection

• To remotely set BIOS boot options

• To change the source for remote boot (for example, boot from PXE)

• IDE-Redirection (IDE-R) (through AMT 10)

Note: IDE-R is replaced with USB-R in AMT 11.0 and higher

So the next question is what version of AMT does your machine have?

Jose A.

Hello jose enrique olmo Castillo,

What is the model of the NUCs? Some of them are no vPro capable.

Hello jose enrique olmo Castillo,

It is definitely my pleasure to assist you.

After double-checking with our engineering department they suggested to update the BIOS on your NUC to the latest available. I found version 0047 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27925/?product=84862 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27925/?product=84862 . The current one your system seems to be 0033 as per the screenshot attached.

Try to run the ACUconfig after updating the BIOS and let us know how it goes.

Jose A.
