Hello friends!

I have several platforms SR2600URBPR with S5520UR motherboard, with latest BIOS, BMC, etc.

I tried to install to five slot PCI-Express active riser ASR26XXFHLPR two PCIe 1x SiI3132 based controllers with two e-SATA connectors, with firmvare 7.7.0.3-7.7.0.6.

When server starts the BIOS is not seen sil3132 cards, respectively, the OS does not see it too.

In this case, the server mb INTEL S3200SH with the same controllers work Ok, and are detected without any problems.

Any ideas?

Hi,

We recommend testing a different card on the slot for testing purposes. If the card is detected, you are dealing with a compatibility issue with the SiI3132 and there is no much troubleshooting we can offer in that case.
