I'm searching for Intel PCI express NIC Dual port for Dell Poweredge T20 server

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1225 v3 @ 3.20GHz

Which model of Intel dual port PCIe NIC compatible with this server.

Regarding this, the best recommendation I can give you is to get in contact with Dell Support since they should manage and know what hardware is compatible with the system you currently have.

Intel PCI Express i350 T2 2 Port 100/1000

is this model compatible with my Dell T20 server ? & I need better Virtualization support also.

Regarding compatibility with your Dell Server the best option is always to ask the manufacturer as they know the specifications of the system and can more accurately tell you if a NIC is compatible or not.
