Error installing Intel management interface

When I'm trying to install the donwload Intel management interface, a error pops up.

It says that windows installer coudn't be used and faulty installation of it can prevent me from using the interface. What can I do?

Thank you for joining the community, I understand that you have issues installing the Intel® Management Engine. Can you please provide the system model/make that you have and please provide a screenshot of the issue and Driver details (Download page, version...etc)
