How to download bzcrypt, and from where ?

In 757496 (Idaville Intel IO Margin Tool on Linux User Guide),

3.2.1 Prerequistes for RHEL,

it is described as follows.

The sqlite, bzcrypt, and libffi-devel packages can be downloaded from:
https://pkgs.org

But I can not find bzcrypt in the Web Site.
