Array rebuilding at each reboot on a HP Z4 G4 Workstation

On a HP Z4 G4 Workstation the Raid is rebuilding each time after a clean shutdown.

I checked the Logs in Event viewer and i can't see any error on any HDD.

No unexpected shutdown seen.

Nothing in the Intel Storage report
