Thank you for the link.

I filtered by Sapphire Rapids and went through all 207 titles listed, but most of them were sales pitches. Unfortunately, without knowing the document name or having a direct link to it I am unable to find it there. Without knowing whether it even exists and how to request a specific document there's no point in applying for access.

The reason I asked for full electrical specification for Xeon W5-2455X is because it is an unlocked CPU just like 13900K and 14900K and I want to make sure that safe operating values are not exceeded in my mainboard BIOS.

For 13th and 14th generation electrical specifications are publicly available in the following document (chapter 13):

Why I can't find and download a similar datasheet for Sapphire Rapids?

Hello Sachin,

The link you posted is something I already read before coming here to ask -- it has no mention of PL1, PL1 tau, PL2, PL2 tau, PL4, Icc max, Vcc max or any other values I want to know.

I have linked you to Intel's manual with proper electrical specification for 13th and 14th generation desktop CPUs above -- all I ask is the same type of document for Intel Xeon w5-2455X which I own.

Please escalate this to someone who can provide me with the Xeon datasheet document.
