S2600CWS server board system auto-reboot by itself (with 1-5-4-2 beep code)

I have a server PC with CPU:Intel Xeon CPU E5-2620 V3 2.40GHZ*2

MB:Intel S2600CW (S2600CWS)

Memory: total 32GB
Graphic card: AMD HD7970 graphic card

About a month ago, my computer would auto-reboot by itself with a 1-5-4-2 beep code.

I've searched the product specification, and it told me that this is an integrated BMC Beep Code indicating a power fault.

I followed the suggestions for troubleshooting:

1.CPU:

1-1.Test only 1 CPU to boot up

1-2.Swap the positions of two CPUs

1-3.Reapply thermal paste

-->No use, it was still the same.

2.Memory: Swap the existing memory with my spare memory

-->No use, it was still the same.

3.Power Suppy: Reset the power supply or even change a spare

-->No use, it was still the same.

4. graphic card: Change a spare or bootup without graphic card.

-->No use, it was still the same.

While performing the troubleshooting steps mentioned above,

I discovered that as long as the server's cover was open while it was running, the computer would not auto-reboot.

This made me wonder if the problem might be related to air flow or system temp?

Use the HWMonitor the CPU working temp is around 38~42 degrees.

It looks normal and all the fans work also normally.

So I have just kept the cover open to run for a month and it had been normal.

However, recently, the auto-reboot issue has started occurring randomly again.

At this point, I've run out of troubleshooting options.

I want to ask, can we be almost certain that the problem is coming from the motherboard?

Wondering if you found your solution. Having a similar problem with S2600CW2SR motherboard. I don't really have anything other than pretty standard build using a P4304xxMuxx case with 2 redundant power supplies (FXX750PCRPS). Just random reboots of the server. BMC shows it is a power failure but I have tried the two redundant power supplies as singles and had the same issue. Intel gave me the cold shoulder as well. Customer machine is only 4 years old and can't get support. Hoping to find a solution so I am combing the forums and came across yours. I am considering a power distribution board but wanted to research a bit more first as finding one has presented a challenge.
