Datacenter CPUs Intel® Data Center Diagnostic Tool question

For Datacenter CPUs using the Intel® Data Center Diagnostic Tool for Intel® Xeon® Processors for Windows* to perform integrity checks.

Will this tool let the user know if the CPU being tested is a Production Processor and not an ES as the IPIU (Intel processor identification utility) software does on previous Generations? Presently the IPIU is not up to date and cannot test 5th Gen Xeon.

I assume it only confirms the CPU is Genuine Intel but considering ES are made by Intel it does not confirm that its ES or Production CPU.

I am trying to find a software that can test and validate 5th Gen Xeon Processors as Production and not Engineering samples. Presently the IUPI cannot test the 5th Gen Xeon for ES and am looking for an alternative.

I am testing a 5Gen Xeon 6544Y that is a tray processor with the correct markings (Not Intel Confidential)

I am trying to find a software that can test and validate 5th Gen Xeon Processors as Production and not Engineering samples or even remarked Montage Juntide or ChinaPower Star branded CPUS . Presently the IUPI cannot test the 5th Gen Xeon for ES and am looking for an alternative.

I am testing a 5Gen Xeon 6544Y that is a tray processor with the correct markings (Not Intel Confidential) But there is not an Intel Software that is up to date that can validate. Does Intel know when the newest release will be on the IPIU or IPDT software. The part I bought of the Xeon 6544Y was from an Franchised Disti and validated by Intel (FPO and Serial #) is a valid CPU but there is no software to prove this as its outdated.

Also will the IPDT test confirm is a part is ES like it did in the past?

This is what I have done to date.

First run the command in command prompt: systeminfo – zoom out and capture all the information displayed = done
Run the command: wmic cpu get /format:list – zoom out and capture all the information displayed = done
Run CPU-Z and capture the CPU information = done
Run Intel SSU, save the text file and send to us https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html = done
Run HWINFO, capture all the CPU information displayed << https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ = done
Run AIDA64 Business Trial Version, capture the CPU information displayed https://www.aida64.com/downloads (if you can run this) = done
Run IPIU Version 6 (Older version), capture all the information displayed (if you can run this) == its installed with latest version, can't support on it
Run IPIU Version 7 (Newest Version), capture all the information displayed = done
Run IPDT Version 4.1.7.41.W.MP (Older version)capture all the information displayed (if you can run this) == its installed with latest version, can't support on it
Run IPDT Version 4.1.9.41.W.MP (Newest version)capture all the information displayed = done

Duration of processor operation
Predicted Failure in Time (FIT) rate of the processor
Customer's tolerance for Silent Data Errors (SDE)
Time available for proactive system maintenance by the system administrator
