Can someone please provide an official brochure or documentation that can confirm what the all-core turbo frequencies are of the new Xeon 6300P CPUs? For example, what is the all-core turbo (not the TurboBoost 2.0 or 3.0 frequency) that all cores can run at for the 6357P?

Can you please confirm if this chart shows how frequencies scale as the number of active cores increases? I would expect the frequencies to be reduced as the number of active cores increases. The key value I am seeking is the all-core turbo frequency.

This document outlines how turbo frequencies scale relative to the number of active cores.

While it does not specify the all-core turbo frequency for the Intel Xeon 6357P, it does provide insight into the general scaling behavior of Turbo Boost, which dynamically adjusts core frequencies based on power, thermal conditions, and workload characteristics.

For your query, Since per-core turbo setting could be at firmware (BIOS/UEFI) and operating system level, for BIOS, we recommend you to check your system BIOS documentation or manufacturer vendor support. Aside this, How to implement same for Windows Server 2019, we request you to check with Microsoft Support as they are better equipped to confirm if per-core turbo tuning is at all possible for win server 2019 and how.
