Looking for enabling Xeon 6 Thermal & Mechanical Guide

Hi ,

I am looking for Xeon6 thermal & mechanical design guide document enabling. We are working with Intel India to enable the Liquid CDU and cold plate solution development for Xeon6 and future generation Xeon. Kindly enable the same.
