    <description>&lt;P&gt; I would probably check that the firewall is not blocking the application or to make sure Java is installed on the unit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Issues with a RS3DC080 not loading in Raid Manager</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope this is the correct forum. We got this raid controller into stock the other day to try out as it is 12GB capabilities, and no matter what I try I cannot get it to load in the raid manager. When I start the program it shows up, and I can type in my username, and password, but then it just sits at loading with the circle in the middle of the management window going round and round. I have updated to the newest manager version, and updated the controllers firmware. All of our other RS2 series raid controllers load fine. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>
