cannot detect SATA HDD

I am using compute module HNS2600TP24SR and server chassis H2224XXKR2.

But it just cannot detect the SATA HDD at the front carrier.

Does anyone know the reason?

Have you tried different slots? The slots are assigned to specific compute nodes.

After reading the spec sheet again, I found out that this chassis may only take SAS and NVME.

It could take SAS in all slots (green + blue) and NVMe in the blue slots.

Now waiting for NVMe to arrive before trying again.
