topic Problem getting selview.efi (and sysconfig.efi) to run in EFI Shell on SE7525GP2 server board. in Intel® Xeon® Processor and Server Products

I can't get selview.efi to run in the EFI Shell (ditto for sysconfig.efi, haven't tried anything else). They're both loaded on a USB memory stick - I was able to map -r, change to fs0:, and read the directories where they're stored, but neither will run.

Error message is:

 'selview' not found

 Exit status code: Invalid Parameter

EFI Shell version is 1.10 if that matters.

Any help getting those to run would be greatly appreciated - I also searched the discussion board but didn't find anything, so if it's already been addressed a link to that would be great.

--

Thanks,

GregR

For SE7525GP2, you should run the SEL Viewer for DOS: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=7470 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=7470
