Atom optimization reference

Does anybody know if there is an optimization reference for the Atom processors with instruction latencies, similar to the one on http://www.intel.com/products/processor/manuals/ for other processors? Any information is appreciated, thanks.

When I checked around I found that this is in the works and should be available later this year. I'll post a reply here when I hear that it is available.
