Intel doesn't make any multichannel audio recording devices. Generally you purchase a piece of equipment that connects via USB or Firewire to a laptop computer. This piece of equipment allows you to plug in microphones and instruments and then it delivers the multitrack audio to the computer over USB or Firewire. You might look to companies such as M-Audio and Yamaha which specialize in this type of equipment and browser their product catalog for something that meets your needs.

Thanks,
Lester Memmott
