Private Registration Issue

Hello,

I just downloaded and installed Intel Fortran for OS X on a new Mac Pro yesterday. I registered the software, and also edited a few things about my personal information, plus changed my user name and password. Now when I log in, it says I have no products registered to my name and when I try to register the new compiler, it says that this product is already registered. I also had a previously registered version of Intel Visual Fortran for Windows, that I cannot now see. However, when I log onto Intel Premiere support, I see both packages under my account.

Please help. If you need the serial numbers of my products, let me know.
