Insight Manager et al can do this, but I'd like to get it programmatically. Are there any utilities that have a programming interface that will give me this, or does anyone know of any lowlevel code that can do this - in the Compaq technical reference it has a small amount of info about the Compaq Client Management functions, in particular something about an INT15 call with EAX=E819h??? that gets the serial number - but it's all a bit too minimal to figure out how to work it. <BR /> <BR />Any help greatly appreciated. <BR />Cheers, <BR />Colin.
