topic QuickWin Help contents Topic ID's in Software Archive

Having located and installed a copy of MS Help Workshop (HCW.EXE) I have begun writing Help files for my projects using it. If I want to include links to the topics given in the QuickWin Help file (FQWIN.HLP), I need to know the topic ID's, which are normally given in a Contents file (.CNT). However, there is/was no
.CNT file shipped with FQWIN.HLP, so at present, when I want to link to a QuickWin Help topic , I just make a guess for a topic ID and include the Help file name (FQWIN.HLP) where necessary. The links work OK and the QuickWIn Help window opens
at the 'Contents' page, but I get a message box warning that the topic was not found. I would like to get rid of this message, so I need a list of topic ID's (normally in the format IDM_something) in FQWIN.HLP. Can anyone please Help me?
.
