<title>topic No Upgrade button for Parallel Studio in Software Archive</title>
    <link>https://community.intel.com/t5/Software-Archive/No-Upgrade-button-for-Parallel-Studio/m-p/744956#M1799</link>
<description>I just bought and installed a license for Parallel Studio 2010 last week. On 9/2 I received an email saying I could upgrade to 2011 for free. When I follow the instructions in the email, I can't find any upgrade buttons with my serial numbers. Any ideas why? Was the message sent to me erroneously? Thanks.</description>
