I'm attempting to implement scrolling in a Fort ran Windows application (SDI). The ScrollWindowEx call will not compile. I did get Scroll Window to compile. The next question is what happens next. What else do I need to use. The scroll bar is there and I test on WM_VSCROLL and set dy before I call it.
