      <description>You could ask the people at JBF Associates (www.jbfa.com), now renamed EQE or something.  They've become big, and they are a for-profit company, so I do not know how helpful they will be, but in the late 1970s they had what you want, and they might point you to something old but still useful. &lt;BR /&gt;Cory Atwood</description>
