      <description>&lt;P&gt;How does Intel come to it's performance numbers when compared to Microsoft?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Look at this for example:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Intel uses C++, C and Fortran but Microsoft has C++, C#, and F#&lt;/P&gt;</description>
