rasanalyzer error

Hi,

I was trying to launch /opt/intel/mic/bin/rasanalyzer but I got some error :
Errors were encountered while attempting to read from MIC devices on the system.
For more information, view the error log : /tmp/MicDefectAnalyzer-CLI.log
Device #0 read error
Device #1 read error
** CRITICAL! ** : Encountered errors while attempting to access the contents of the EEPROM : exiting program.

Where can I find some documentation about that rasanalyzer ? And why do I get this error ?

I do not find the program /opt/intel/mic/bin/rasanalyzer in my system. Could you tell me what OS and what MPSS version are you using? Regards.
