Software package advice

Hello,

I'm after some advice on the best software package for me.

It needs to include:

vtune
C++ compiler (icc)
Fortran compiler (ifort)
MKL

as well as a floating license for 2 concurrent users.

If anoyone has any advice on the most cost effective way to get all of these, I would really appreciate it.
