Intel Software Manager showing older update

I recently downloaded and installed VTune Amplifier XE 2013 Update 16 outside of Intel Software Manager. Now, Intel Software Manager is telling me that VTune Amplifier XE 2013 Update 15 is available. How do I clear Update 15 from the software manager as I already have Update 16 installed?

Yes, you are right. It seems the Intel® Software Manager database hasn't been updated yet so it shows wrong release information. You can safely ignore the message from Software Manager for now. I'll file a bug report.

The database bug is already fixed. When you refresh or restart the Software Manager you will no longer see that an update is available after you have installed Update 16. Could you please check?

I refreshed the Software Manager and it now says that I have the latest software available. I agree that the issue has been fixed.
